GHA Coaches has joined up with ChalCheck to manage its driver licence checks through a live online system using information direct from the DVLA. Stephen Bryce, General Manager of GHA Coaches said “that with proposed changes to the issuing of driving licences it was vital that we found an effective solution to ensure that all our drivers are complaint and the company, its customers and other road users are protected from not just employees who deliberately try to mislead employers but also those who forget to keep their licences updated. Chalcheck provides us with a simple online solution that requires minimal input and allows all of our managers and supervisors at every depot to instantly access information about a particular driver.”

Chalcheck already provides this invaluable service to the NHS. All options provide results and reports that are forwarded to each department / location using their web based system allowing informed decisions to be made and action taken if any of their registered drivers are in breach, thus fulfilling “Duty of Care”.
